Oasis’ Bonehead to guest host special show on Radio X

Guitarist and founding member of Oasis, Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs is joining Radio X to host a show this Bank Holiday.

The special programme, Bonehead’s Bank Holiday, airing on Monday 9am – 11am, will include some of his favourite tunes and stories from the Oasis days.

The programme was set up after the 1995 track Bonehead’s Bank Holiday didn’t make Radio X’s Best of British 2023 chart and Bonehead tweeted the station asking for a recount. To make amends and do one better, Radio X has given him his own show!

Speaking about his upcoming takeover as guest host, Paul Arthurs said: “Really looking forward to Bonehead’s Bank Holiday Monday on Radio X. I’ll be playing some tunes, telling some tales and answering questions from listeners.”
