Jordan North in hysterics as he’s pranked on World Book Day
There were hysterics on Capital Breakfast this morning when Sian Welby and Chris Stark tricked co-host Jordan North into believing they’d all be dressing up for World Book Day.
They told him they would all be characters from the Wizard of Oz but in reality, it was just Jordan dressed in full glam as Dorothy.
Chris explained: We have been a little cheeky this morning, it’s World Book Day, kids are excited up and down the country, heading to school dressed up as their favourite book characters and we decided the other day that we’re all going to go as characters from The Wizard of Oz.
“So we all drew our characters out of a hat. Anyone of us could have picked out Dorothy, The Cowardly Lion, The Tin Man or the scarecrow, or did we?”
Sian continued: Well this is it, if you missed it, it’s all a bit rigged. Me and Chris are pulling a little friendly prank on our lovely Jordan.
“He’s going to find it so funny. We told him we always dress up for World Book Day, but we don’t. We know he loves being the star for this show, so he’s going all out today, and we’ve rigged it so that every character he picked out of a hat would be Dorothy. They were all Dorothy!”
Chris then added: “Jordan has been next door we’ve been getting him the makeup done, got a makeup artist, we told him Sian and I are getting ready….!!!”
