He replaces Jeremy Kyle, who moves to Drivetime Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 7pm, with Peter Cardwell covering the same slot on Fridays.
Vanessa Feltz, who was hosting Drivetime, is no longer on the schedule.
Julia Hartley-Brewer continues on the 10am to 1pm show on Monday to Thursday, with Alex Phillips presenting on Fridays and Ian Collins remains at 1pm to 4pm.
