Radio 2 presenters line up for special edition of Pointless Celebrities

Just ahead of Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park on Sunday 15 September, BBC One is to air a special Radio 2 edition of the popular game show, Pointless Celebrities.

The show, which is presented by Alexander Armstrong and co-host Richard Osman, features four teams who try to answer questions which have previously been put to a panel of 100 people. Contestants must give correct answers that were given by as few of the panel as possible.

Jo Whiley, Gary Davies, Ken Bruce, Angela Scanlon, Craig Charles, Trevor Nelson, Rev Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad will form the four teams of the special Radio 2 edition of the show which will be broadcast on Saturday 14 September, 6.20pm – 7.10pm.

BBC Radio 2’s Live in Hyde Park will be broadcast on Radio 2, BBC Sounds and on BBC Red Button. Artists performing include Westlife, Status Quo, Clean Bandit, Bananarama, Emeli Sandé, Kelsea Ballerini, Simply Red and the headline act, Pet Shop Boys, which is their only UK date this year.
