What did cabin crew member reveal on Capital Breakfast?
This morning on Capital Breakfast, cabin crew Amy who works for an unnamed airline called into the show with an unbelievable story.
Will Manning, who’s in for Jordan North on the show introduced her saying: “Loads of you are listening to me right now on the way to an airport. I’ve just got back from holiday, and we’re all like, yes, so excited for it, like we’re living for this saved up for ages.
“It’s been in the diary. Cannot wait to get away from work. We’re like, we’re so buzzing for it, however, cabin crew, not so much.”
He then went on to say that Amy, a member of cabin crew was on the line, and she had a mad story from up in the skies.
Amy explained: “It was a long-haul flight, so I was off to New York, and we just finished services and getting ready to wind down. And a passenger had pressed the call button and says, “Can I have a bassinette for the baby to sleep?” I said, “Okay, you can’t have one because of where you’re sat, there’s nowhere for it to go”. Wasn’t happy. Waved us away. And then we look down, no word of a lie. This guy has picked his baby up and he put it in the overhead locker!”
Will expressed his shock and Amy continued: “You know when you just look and you think, no, I’m seeing things. This is a lie. The baby is not in the overhead locker! No, the baby was the baby was fully in the locker having a little nap!”
Unable to believe what she was seeing, Amy had to walk away in disbelief saying: “No!”
