Kirsty Gallacher joins Smooth Radio to host weekend show

Kirsty Gallacher is joining Smooth Radio to present a brand-new Saturday afternoon show as part of a new-look weekend schedule for the station, starting this Saturday 17 July.

One of the UK’s most popular presenters, Kirsty, who recently joined the newly launched TV station GB News, will begin her own Saturday show (1pm to 4pm) across the UK on Smooth.

Kirsty becomes part of Smooth’s all-star line-up, which includes Kate Garraway, Myleene Klass, Margherita Taylor, Tina Hobley and Angie Greaves.

Tina Hobley will present a new Sunday afternoon show (1pm to 4pm), while Paul Phear will host The Smooth Sanctuary at Seven (7pm to 10pm), as well as continuing to host his weekday afternoon programme (1pm to 4pm).

Along with Kirsty, Simon Clarke joins the station to present two new weekend overnight shows (Saturday and Sunday, 1am to 6am).
