Mariah Carey leads star-studded line-up of Capital’s Summertime Ball

Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard, returns to London’s Wembley Stadium this June and jetting in to lead the line-up is global superstar Mariah Carey.

Alongside Mariah, other artists performing include Benson Boone, Lola Young and KSI. Making her Capital Summertime Ball debut, this will mark GRAMMY Award-winning Mariah’s first UK performance in six years.

The first names confirmed were revealed on Capital Breakfast this morning by Jordan North, Chris Stark and Siân Welby. Joining Mariah Carey are Benson Boone, KSI, Lola Young, Busted vs McFly, Zara Larsson, Dasha, Reneé Rapp, and Jessie J – with even more still to be announced tomorrow morning on Capital Breakfast.

Capital Breakfast’s Jordan North said: “We are absolutely buzzing to be back at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard this year!

“We’ve just announced the first half of the incredible line-up on-air but be sure to tune in to Capital Breakfast tomorrow for even more names that will be playing!”

Update: The following artists have now been added to the line-up – Will Smith & DJ Jazzy Jeff, Tate McRae, Myles Smith, JADE, James Hype, Remember Monday, and Rita Ora.

Tickets for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard will be available on Global Player from 9am this Wednesday, 30 April.
