Nick Pickard speaks to Fleur East on his first day of freedom
Hits Radio Breakfast Show’s Fleur East caught up with I’m a Celeb’s most recent evictee Nick Pickard, on his first day of freedom from the jungle.
The Hollyoaks actor was the fourth celebrity to leave the TV show and he told Fleur that the first thing he’d done on leaving the jungle was to order a cheeseburger!
The second thing was to have a word with his partner, Sarah Corrin about the amount of time she’d been spending with Pete Wicks. The TOWIE star is currently Down Under supporting his best mate and Staying Relevant podcast co-host, Sam Thompson.
“She thinks she’s a celebrity now,” Nick laughed. “The first thing I said to Pete was ‘have you been running off with my bird you cheeky b****r?!’
“Luckily I know him and obviously through meeting Sam I know what a lovely bloke he is so it’s all fine,” he added.
As with all the other jungle campmates, Nick is tipping Sam to be crowned King of the Jungle. He told Fleur: “As much as I think they all deserve to win it, Sam’s my favourite too.
“I’d like him to win it because there’s not one person in there that he hasn’t picked up. And when you’re low, you just watch him and you go ahh, you’re in here with him and thank God for that.”
