The programme looks beyond the band’s chart success to examine why the Girl Power message continues to resonate with audiences today.
It also reflects on the cultural impact of the Spice Girls and the role they played in encouraging confidence, ambition and female friendship.
Nicki Chapman has remained closely connected to the music industry throughout her career and brings first hand insight to the documentary after working with the group during their rise to fame.
