Sienna Spiro shares big Bond ambition in Big Top 40 chat
Sienna Spiro revealed her biggest musical dream during a lively appearance on the EE Official Big Top 40 with Will Manning.
Sienna joined Will in the studio yesterday to talk about her latest release, and she admitted she has already written what she calls her own Bond “audition”, explaining that she would jump at the chance to record the iconic theme.
She also said the idea of performing at the Royal Albert Hall sits alongside the Bond theme as one of her ultimate goals, adding that her pen is ready if the call ever comes.
In the interview, Sienna told Will she has been practising for months and recently wrote a song inspired by the sound she imagines for the franchise, asking someone jokingly to send it directly to Barbara Broccoli because she is ready whenever the opportunity appears.
Will reacted with surprise when she shared that she views the project as her “biggest dream”, describing the moment as another exciting milestone for her fast-rising career this year, especially as fans continue to link her voice with the world of Bond.
Will also asked if anyone reached out about ‘Die On This Hill’ and wowed her?
She replied that Sabrina Carpenter did, saying: “She sent such a sweet message which was so kind and she did not need to do that.
“She just said some really nice things about ‘Die On This Hill’ and ‘You Stole The Show’ and that was crazy. It hadn’t even come out yet!”
