Bryan Adams surprises fans with Ronan Keating duet at Radio 2 in the Park

Bryan Adams stunned the audience at BBC Radio 2 in the Park yesterday by stepping on stage for an unannounced duet with Ronan Keating.
The collaboration took place at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, where thousands had gathered for the station’s flagship live music festival. Their performance of ‘The Way You Make Me Feel’ was one of the standout moments of the opening day.
Keating told the cheering crowd, “Bryan changed my life,” while revealing earlier to Scott Mills and Zoe Ball that Adams had only called him that afternoon to suggest the idea.
Radio 2 in the Park officially opened yesterday evening, welcoming festivalgoers for three days of performances and coverage.
The event began with Stereophonics launching the Main Stage, playing tracks such as Vegas Two Times, Have a Nice Day, Maybe Tomorrow and Dakota, drawing loud applause from the crowd.

Ella Henderson maintained the high energy with Ghost, REACT and Let’s Go Home Together, while Marti Pellow delivered Sweet Little Mystery and Love is All Around. Kid Creole & the Coconuts injected fun with Stool Pigeon and Annie I’m Not Your Daddy.
Closing the day, Essex-born Jessie J performed Domino, Nobody’s Perfect and Price Tag. She also brought her son Sky onto the stage, where he sang Happy Birthday to thousands of fans, creating a heartfelt finale to an action-packed opening day.
