BBC high earners revealed with Zoe Ball highest paid radio host
BBC Radio 2 breakfast host Zoe Ball is the highest paid radio host at the corporation according to its latest annual report.
While Gary Lineker is still the overall highest earner for the seventh year, earning up to £1.35m, it’s Zoe Ball who comes out on top in BBC radio, with an income of up to £954,999 a year.
Radio 1 Breakfast’s Greg James has moved from seventh to fourth on the list and is the second highest paid radio star, with his pay going from £399,999 to up to £419,999.
Also in the top 10 is Stephen Nolan, who is sixth, getting up to £409,999 (for TV and radio) while Lauren Laverne is in seventh place earning up to £399,999.
Among those just outside the top ten are Vernon Kay who receives up to £324,999, Scott Mills and Sara Cox are both on up to £319,999, and Jeremy Vine is on up to £289,000.
