Hits Radio Breakfast presenter Will Best has been confirmed as the latest celebrity taking part in Strictly Come Dancing 2026.
The presenter, who also co-hosts ITV’s Big Brother, was announced as joining this year’s line-up yesterday through the programme’s official social media channels.
Will has more than 15 years of broadcasting experience, having started his television career on T4 before appearing on This Morning, BBC Three and Viva. He also recently won Celebrity Mastermind with Danny Dyer as his specialist subject.
Speaking about joining the BBC One dance competition, Will said: “I can’t quite believe it…I’m doing Strictly! What an absolute dream. Albeit a pretty terrifying one.
“I’ve been lucky to do lots of live telly before, but absolutely nothing like this. And I cannot wait! I have no idea if I can actually dance, but bring on the sequins, bring on the quicksteps, bring on the dance floor! I’m going to try to enjoy every minute of it.”
Will joins EastEnders actress Lacey Turner, TV personality Dani Dyer, singer Delta Goodrem, celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton and comedian Cach Mercer in the celebrity line-up for the new series.
