Good Neighbours play acoustic cover for Radio X evening show

London duo Good Neighbours treated listeners to a special moment on the Radio X evening show last night, performing an acoustic version of Sombr’s hit single Undressed.
Appearing with Dan O’Connell, the pair also opened up about life on the road and the unexpected gifts that come with touring internationally.
The rising band, made up of Oli Fox and Scott Verrill, spoke candidly about the perks and pitfalls of free items they’ve picked up during their travels.
Fox recalled their time in San Francisco, where they were given complimentary cannabis products, noting with a laugh that while it was “completely legal, it was a bit of a pain in the behind.” Verrill added that his most practical freebie was footwear, joking that he “stocked up on that one.”
Their stripped-back performance of Undressed was warmly received, with O’Connell praising the duo for their energy and humour both on and off the mic.
The track, originally a breakout hit for Sombr, showcased the pair’s ability to reinterpret a well-known single through their own distinct style, highlighting their harmonies and acoustic musicianship.
Good Neighbours have been gaining attention for their blend of sharp songwriting and infectious live presence, and their Radio X session underlined why they are tipped as a band to watch.
With a string of dates across the UK and abroad, they continue to build their reputation as performers able to balance light-hearted banter with genuine artistry.
Listeners to Radio X were given not only an exclusive cover but also a glimpse into the life of a touring band still adjusting to their growing profile. As Fox put it, the journey comes with surprises, some more useful than others, but always providing stories worth sharing.
