Alison Hammond to cover Rylan on Saturday on Radio 2
Alison Hammond is sitting in for Rylan on his Saturday afternoon show on BBC Radio 2 for the next few weeks.
The TV celebrity first made her name after appearing in Big Brother 3 in 2002. Since then she has appeared in many TV shows including Strictly Come Dancing, I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Celebrity MasterChef and as a presenter and reporter for This Morning.
Alison is no stranger to radio either, she previously co-hosted a weekly show with Daz Hale on BBC Radio WM in the West Midlands and last May played a DJ set live from her house on Radio 1’s Scott Mills show.
This Saturday, in her first show covering for Rylan on Radio 2, Alison will be speaking to comedian Joe Wilkinson.
Joe has teamed up with The National Lottery to launch the Good News Bulletin, a weekly round-up of feel-good stories about charity efforts from around the UK.
You can hear Alison chatting to Joe on Radio 2, this Saturday 15 August from 3pm.
We can't wait to see you, Alison! ? https://t.co/IVwISxtf4f
