Disclosure, Jazzy, Gorgon City and Josh Baker will headline BBC Radio 1 Dance Weekend: Ibiza this year.
BBC Radio 1 will return to Ibiza on Friday 31 July as it brings together some of the biggest names in Dance music for its annual event at 528 Ibiza.
Hosted by the Radio 1 Dance family, the event will feature performances across two stages, with the Radio 1 Main Stage in the Outdoor Garden and, new for this year, the Radio 1 Dance Stage moving indoors to the Club for a more intimate experience.
Disclosure, Jazzy, Gorgon City and Josh Baker top the bill, with Arielle Free, Cam Stockman, Charlie Hedges, Danny Howard, Ellie Scougall, Lu.Re, Pete Tong, Sarah Story and Selena Faider also confirmed.
The station has also confirmed that another major artist will be announced next week.
Radio 1 Dance’s Danny Howard said: “It’s probably no surprise that out of all the incredible events Radio 1 does, Ibiza is the one I look forward to the most. There’s something special about bringing the Radio 1 Dance family and the magic of the island together once a year that has given us so many legendary moments.
“I’ve got a feeling this year is going to be one of the best yet and I can’t wait to get back to 528, see you on the terrace!”
Charlie Hedges added: “I am absolutely buzzing to be playing Radio 1 Dance Weekend Ibiza! What a line up! Ibiza has always been such an iconic place for Dance music, so to be part of it is really special.
“I can’t wait to play all the Dance bangers and bring my energy to the island and put a face to a crowd, I call family, that listen to Dance Anthems every week.”
Tickets for Radio 1 Dance Weekend: Ibiza are on sale now, with Radio 1 broadcasting live from the Main Stage on Friday 31 July and Radio 1 Dance broadcasting live from the Dance Stage.
Listeners will also be able to hear performances across the weekend on Radio 1 and Radio 1 Dance, with live and on demand coverage available through BBC Sounds and BBC iPlayer.
The celebrations continue beyond the flagship event with Radio 1 Dance X takeovers across Ibiza. Dom Dolla will headline Hï Ibiza on Friday 31 July, followed by ANTS at Ushuaïa Ibiza on Saturday 1 August featuring Cloonee, SOSA, Sarah Story, Julian Fijma and Emma 2000.
The weekend concludes on Sunday 2 August with Carl Cox at UNVRS, where he will be joined by Skepta, SYREETA B2B TSHA, Nakadia and Más Tiempo.
