First acts revealed for this year’s Capital Summertime Ball 

The first names confirmed for this year’s Capital Summertime Ball were revealed on Capital Breakfast this morning.

Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard will return to London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday 11 June.

Roman Kemp, Chris Stark and Sian Welby announced Jonas Brothers, Lewis Capaldi, Anne-Marie, Sigala, RAYE, Tom Grennan, Jess Glynne, Joel Corry, Mimi Webb and Zara Larsson.

The second set of artists joining the line-up will be revealed on Capital Breakfast tomorrow morning at 7am.

This will be the second time the GRAMMY award-nominated trio Jonas Brothers have appeared at the event as they performed back in 2019. They recently released their new single Waffle House.

Lewis Capaldi will make his debut at the Ball – his hotly anticipated album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent will be out on 19 May.

Anne-Marie has collaborated with some of the world’s biggest artists including Rudimental, David Guetta and Little Mix.

DJ and producer Sigala recently collaborated with David Guetta and Sam Ryder on the hit Living Without You and his second album Every Cloud is due to release later this year.

Multi-BRIT and Ivor Novello-nominated singer-songwriter RAYE, who earlier this year, released her latest album My 21st Century Blues featuring the hit single Escapism featuring 070 Shake which picked up Best Trended Song at The Global Awards 2023 and became her first song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Tom Grennan’s hits including Remind Me, Not Over Yet with KSI and Lionheart (Fearless) with Joel Corry, were all named in The Biggest Songs of 2022 by Official Big Top 40 from Global.

Jess Glynne has achieved multiple accolades throughout her career, including a Grammy Award and nine Brit Award nominations.

Chart-topping DJ Joel Corry has released tunes such as Lonely, Head & Heart with MNEK, BED with RAYE, and has collaborated with names like David Guetta, Becky Hill and Tom Grennan.

Mimi Webb has racked up over 900 million global streams to date with her multiple chart-topping tracks including House on Fire, Good Without, and most recently Red Flags.

Zara Larsson has become one of the biggest artists in dance-pop music and a global superstar known for her high energy and chart-topping hits including Lush Life, Never Forget You and featuring on Symphony by Clean Bandit.
