Absolute Radio is looking for the UK’s best fish and chip shop
Absolute Radio has joined forces with Maldon Sea Salt to find a chippy that stands head and shoulders above them all!
The Hometime Chip Shop Tour with Maldon Salt will see presenters Bush and Ritchie getting behind the wheel this week in search of the best chip shop in the land.
They’re asking listeners to nominate their favourite chippy and to let them know why their nomination deserves to be crowned The Hometime Chip Shop Tour winner 2019!
Bush and Richie kicked off in Edinburgh yesterday and will visit various fish and chip shops up and down the country, stopping at local landmarks and tourist attractions, nominated by the station’s audience, in a celebration of local communities.
The winner will be decided by the Hometime listeners and will be awarded a bespoke ad created by Absolute Radio, voiced by the winning shop with Absolute Radio talent and a trophy designed by listeners.
Those who nominate a chip shop will also be entered into a draw for a chance to win a luxury culinary experience.
